TERMS OF SERVICE-Commissioned work is for personal work only. Additional fees can be added in conjunction to acquiring a commercial license, based on usage plans.-I, the artist, have absolute rights to my work. This includes posting to social media and using work as part of my portfolio. For safety purposes however I will use lower quality versions.-Unless clearly informed prior, I also have the right to use these works in any print, editorial or artbook settings. Additional fees are available if the client wishes a project not to be shared on social media.-You may not TRACE, EDIT RENDER, or REMOVE WATERMARKS on any of my works (including clients).-You may not claim my art as your own, and must ensure credits (@Mefupon/@rhianeddhere) are correctly included where suitable.-Commissions are prioritized by RUSH, COMMERCIAL, and PERSONAL.-A deposit or half payment must be made before any work is commenced.-Please understand I am a disabled creative and do not rush me. Works can take between 5 days and 2-4 months depending on the scale, and deposits are not returned in cases of cancellation. In addition to this, I ask you to be kind with the frequency of contact for updates, I ensure you I am doing my best!-Every piece includes 3 free revisions during the sketching/early stages. Any further revisions will cost £5 per change.By commissioning me you agree to these terms of service.
